Catholic Cup
For both pictures, I first began to auto correct the lenses and white balance the picture. I then cropped both pictures. For the first picture, I added the B&W Filter preset, and for the second picture I brought up the contrast and temperature of the picture.
For this picture, I first began by auto correcting the lens and then cropping. I then proceeded to white balance and teeth whitened. I brought up the shadows and contrast a bit, along with the temperature and light. After that step, I proceeded to spot heal and smoothen out the skin as much as I could. I also healed red eyes from the flash.
Vacation: Museum of London
Picture #1: At first the picture had been very tilted and everything seemed as if it was tilting sideways, so I had hit lens corrector on auto for that picture. Originally when I had taken this picture, there were people in the bottom left corner of the image so I immediately cropped them out of the shot. Then I white balanced out the greys, and brought up the clarity a bit so I could emphasize all the detail in the sculptures such as the folds in their dresses. I then proceeded to bring up the brightness so it seems as if the light is being shined on the statue that s standing up then proceeding to darken as the evolution decreases. Patterns
Picture #1: The first thing I did with this photograph is correct the lens, so the image isn't as tilted as it was before. To emphasize the texture in the cover, I brought up the clarity, and the brightness so the light shine on the focused part of cover is more eye catching than the rest of the picture. I then brought up the shadows a bit, so that the shadows on the end of the photograph make it seem as if it's kind of disappearing. (click on the next two pictures, to see description)
Hands
LETTERS
First picture: I began by auto correcting the lens and white balancing as much as I could. I then proceeded to crop out any other letter showing up. I then tried to blur out anything besides the letter H.
